Contra 007 Sound Fixed

There were some units in Contra 007 that were missing sound effects, and I have successfully (I hope) tracked down and fixed the problem. You can download the new version of the mod at the ModDB mirror. If you have Contra 007 already installed, just replace the .big file (0Contra007.big). If you are unsure if you downloaded the fixed version or not, the .dmg containing the updated files is 182.9MB, and the initial release (which has missing cyborg general construction mech sounds, among others) is 173MB. The updated 0Contra007.big file is 291.6MB in size.  Please note that file sizes will appear to be larger if you are using Snow Leopard (which uses Base 10 vs. Base 2).

All the installers/launchers/etc. have been tested in Leopard & Snow Leopard and they work fine.

I hope this ‘tinkering’ of Blitzkrieg 2 3.01 doesn’t go on too long.

I’ll only release a mod when I’m satisfied that I’ve fixed the bugs I’ve found. I have narrowed the cause of the crash down to a few units, and am currently trying to figure out what is abnormal about them that causes ZH to crash.

I was wondering with Blitzkrieg 2 3.01, it doesn’t recognize my fully updated ZH as being fully updated. Any suggestions… I’ve found no answers elsewhere and super_kev seems to be the smartest mod-man around for we mac folk.

I have not released Blitz II v3, so I can’t help you on that, sorry.
